3 short beeps when supervisor monitors call.

Hi all,

Our agents can hear 3 short beep tones when a supervisor monitors them. I noticed this only happens when an agents is already on a call and the supervisor 'joins' or monitors the existing conversation is there anyway this can be removed? Its sort of giving the game away!
