3 mailboxes on 1 phone (BCM 400)

I have 2 phones Ext 3002 and 3005. I would like to have 3 other numbers ring and go to voice mail. The calls ring in without a problem, the issue is I cannot seem to get a separate greeting on the mailboxes. I tried using alt. ext in the mailbox, but most of the time I get the same greeting for all of the mailboxes. Thanks

Ext 3002 and Ext. 3005 have Ext 3018, 3019 and 3020. The three lines Ring and Appear on 3002 and 3005 only. There is a mailbox set up for 3018, 3019 and 3020. No mailboxes set up for 3002 and 3005. If someone calls 3018, 3019 and 3020 and no one answers, I need them to go to voice mail with separate greetings. I would like to have message waiting light for each mailbox (like xmwk keys on the PBX's) but that may be a stretch. Thanks

Ext 3002 and Ext. 3005 have Ext 3018, 3019 and 3020.
What do you mean have? what is the relation? hunt group? answer DN?

To get a set to go to voice mail you need to go into Config(or Admin)/Set/Capabilities and program FNA to vmails DN and choose the ring count to your desire.

F985 will tell you what vmails DN is.

He wants to assign 3 MB's to the phone and have the MSG wait light for 3 MB's.
And where he says ext 3018,3019,3020 sounds like he means DIDs.

cook1082 is dead on. All the ext's are Did's They all go to voice mail after 4 rings. I need to get diffent greetings for each mailbox. cook 1082 says I can only have one mailbox per phone. I guess I could have more, but not with diffeent greetings. Is that correct?

Let rephrase to tech lingo

I have 3 DID's being -3018, -3019 an -3020
How can I have a seprate mailbox per DID?
Note that these 3 DIDs appear and ring on 2 other sets.

Create the 3 mailbox's with same #'s to match.
Assign Pime line to each DID as voice mails DN.
Have DRT to lesser rings then these to sets CFNA setting.
i.e DRT 5 and CFNA 6

How to get notified of message if only 1 box per DN allowed?
Assign Off Prem Notify to Internal and to a DN or setup a Hunt Group and add members, vmail will now call the DN or HG to notify.

I dont know if this will work or what you want....or if I understand.

You can never have 3 different mailboxes light the lamp. However, you can have 3 different mailboxes work. The key is hunt groups. Setup three hunt groups, each one having the same extension as the user. Assign the target lines in the seperate hunt groups. Set overflow to the VM DN on all the hunt groups. In the users voice mailbox program the hunt group DN as the alternate extension.

Downside is no message light, so they'll have to either setup remote notification or use unified messaging.
