Has anyone ran into a problem where you no longer get caller ID on incoming calls. I have an IP Office 406v2 connected to an S8700. Caller ID worked before the upgrade and all I get now is EXTERNAL CALLER. The S8700 receives all incoming calls and then passes them along to the IP Office via a PRI.

Thanks in advance

Yes, I have run into this on 3.2.55. And the receptionist says that when she transfers to an internal ext, the ext number no longer shows up on her 5420 display for comfirmation.

There is a problem with CID presentation on 3.2.55, I had to rollback to ...54 cause our CTI app stopped because of this.

Thanks. I sumitted a ticket to Avaya with a CFG file and a trace of the problem. There's another 3.2 release slated to come out next month and hopefully the fix will be in it. I will post again if they find anything.

This is my case
