It fixes a bug in 3.0.59 where if a call comes into a IVM AA, caller selects a transfer and then hangs up the call isnt disconnected leaving a RAS call that remains indefinately.
This bug is fixed in the final 3.0 maintenance release (out end of Nov). You'd be better off waiting for that (or seeing if your reseller/distributor can supply you with the field trial version).
We are having major problems with Voicemail & Delta server.
Voicemail will not load the configuration and create the voicemail mailboxes.
Delta server is currently working, however is it very unstable.
If we reboot the IP Office then the Delta server looses its connection and sometimes after it has found its connection it does not complete its database i.e. it does not see the agents or the ISDN lines, therefore it does not produce correct SMDR info and the call management software reports incorrectly.
If the DeltaServer stops working then in 99 of the 100 cases it is because there are non-alphanumerical characters used in the names, or the names are not unique ( even short names and long names must be unique ) or there are duplicate numbers.
There is also always a possiblity of a database corruption wich occurs if the IP Office config has been overwritten with a Manager with a different software level.
