2nd tape Fails right away.

Team,
after any ideas here - V9.1 with an HP ultriumI drive. Veritas is service packed right up and the latest drivers applied:
It runs 142gb first tape without any problems, asks for 2nd media and ejects right back out (almost immediatley) with example errors below:

Check your app/system log for any scsi related error or tape errors

I have had the very same problems with an adaptec 39160 and a Mammoth M2.

Update the ASPI drivers to the latest version

Worked for me.
