2k3, send button not working

Hi
Just installed Outlook 2k3. All seems to be ok except the Send button, it doesnt send.. :)
It will go if I hit ctrl-enter, does not go on F5.
All updates done, did not alter the button, no messages after hitting button.
Any ideas?
