2948G problem

Hi, I'm relatively new to the cisco world.A friend of mine recently upgraded his network and gave me his old 2948G switch to basically mess around with. I deleted the image and now the switch is boots into romon mode. What steps should I take to load either a new image or IOS or both if needed? Any detailed steps or links would be greatly appreiciated.

it says for the 8500's, but see if it works for you....should.

This should , it is for Cat 5000 but should work on any catos box I would think .
