2900 Visual Switch Manager problems

Hi,
I'm fairly new to cisco devices and just purchased a Cisco Catalyst 2900 24 port swtich. This switch already had the Visual Switch Manager files loaded on it, and IOS version 11.2(8)SA3. However, when I try to access the Visual Switch Manager from internet explorer, none of the links show up, the switch doesn't show up at the bottom of the page, basically nothing works. It doesn't matter what computer I try to connect from, all computers show the same thing. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Ditch the web application and use the console port to configure the switch . Also if you can get a newer version of code I would that is really old . Probably in the config whoever had it before you turned off the HTTP server function because this gives bad guys a easy way into the switch , it is generally good practice to turn it off unless you absolutely feel the need to use the web interface.
