I'm trying to configure VLANS on a 2610 with no avail.

What O/S version and how much memory should I have to support this?

Here's a sh ver of the router to show whats running at present.

OK after much digging on Cisco's web site I think I need
c2600-is-mz.12.2-11.yt2 IOS but it can't be located on the site.

Can anyone help with either a suitable alternative or a copy of it?

Why not just use the latest 12.2
c2600-is-mz.122-31.bin

Same feature set...newer release.
Need 48 and 16 memory.

That would be 2 easy and you may have missed that I don't have enough memory for it.

I thought you needed a Fast Ethernet interface to do VLAN trunking on 2600 routers? I remember looking into this a while ago and Cisco came back with that answer. Apparently any IP Plus or above image will do it but only with Fast Ethernet interfaces.
I seem to recall that it WAS possible on 10Mb Ethernet interfaces in a particular IOS but never found the exact info.

Thanks for this Andy, the cisco system gave me the IOS mentioned above as being the one to use for the hardware that I have BUT, I can't find a copy of the IOS.

TYPICAL!
