I hate to ask this question but I feel that you guys have a good feel for what's reasonable for these devices given your professional backgrounds. I just won an item on ebay for the above price and I would like to hear your opinions regarding the amount to be paid out.

One more thing. Exactly how difficult and expensive is it to upgrade the ram and flash for the router? Is this adviceable? Thanks
