25 exchange 5.5 servers too?

Hi I have 25 exchange servers all linked together using a VPN. The servers are running on windows 2k and NT 4. They are all in different domains as the companys have only all joined together recently. How difficult would it be to install them all onto exchange 2003, and what are the main big steps I need to consider.
