.24 upgrade question - Binaries??

Under software downloads on the Avaya site they list the 3 CDs and the Core Binaries. What are the binaries for, for the 1.x to 2.0 upgrrade on the 403?

do NOT use them to upgrade a 1.x 403!! You still need to go through 1.99 for a 403 system :-)
