i have a 2250 console that have all the leds next to the buttons on. i don't knwo why this happened but any help will be highly appreciated since we can't make work the console.

i'm sure you've unplugged it by now, that may help.. there is a maint command from the console for lamp test, but that usually times out.. i would disable both tn's then enable, could be the line card or the console itself

i did what you said... but nothing changed... what about that test command? also, is there a way to run a diagnostic or something to test the 2250? some software or LD...
finally... if the 2250 is damaged we won't replace it with a new 2250 but a 2616 with keypad add on, what should i do to get this done?
