I have a 2250 in service. We never use consoles, so, need some clarification. This is a shared tenant switch, 1 customer, multiple tenants, 1 route for DID's. I have one user that has a 2250 console (executive suite). We have few of thier sets that are IDC on table 0 (day) to the console LDN of 5001. These sets have no entry in IDC table 1 (night)at the monemt.
The problem is when the console goes to night service the IDC DN's flow to the consoles (5001) voicemail instead of the DN's own voicemail. We do not use a DRC key. I seem to remember from the past that in CPGP that the attendant console can control the route based on an entry, So when the console goes to night mode the DN that is IDC on table 0 (day) will revert back to itself and on FDN to voicemail (as programmed onthe set). This DN has no entry in the IDC table 1. I am assuming that in LD 93 if I enter the route number in ROUT , when the console goes to night the IDC table 0 stops control and everything reverts to IDC table 1.
Am I correct ?
