2250 console question

Hello

Can anyone help? When people dial into switchboard the console display 'H' before the number. Does anyone know what this means?

Usually that idicates a networked call if I remember correctly. Do you have some sites tandemed?

input: ple 14 (patch 9806)

you must login to PBX (use serial or ethernet) and keep "Ctrl" and type "pdt"
but you must known password.
