I have a request to add a 500 set at a site for the switchbd operator to use when she is away from the front desk. The only DN assigned to the 2250 is the DN for the auto-attendent. I could not create a 500 set with that DN...got an error. If she puts the console on nite or busy it rolls to the attendent. How can I roll it to either another DN or as she wants a cordless analog? There have been NUMEROUS complaints at this site about never being able to talk to human!

Set up NITE 1 & 2 that way during the day when she puts it into nights it can go to the analog set. Then later (whatever time you set up nite 2) it will go to AA.

hawks...That sounds good but I've never done that. Can you step me thru that please. Thanks.

Don't have my books in front of me right now but it is in LD 15 that you make the change. If you print the CDB from LD 21 you'll see how the Nite is set up now.

I don't really see any time assigned to any of the NIT routines. Confusing to me.

Thanks for the help...had to get the vendor involved but it's working now.

Go ahead and print it now so at least you can see what he did. This way if you ever need to change something you can.
