One of our three 2250 consoles is acting up. When answering a call on lpk0 or using lpk0 to place a call we are unable to release the call. Resetting the board (unplugging the 25 pair) results in a fix for one call. I've replaced the console with the spares that I have, all of the spares do the same thing. I don't think this is a wiring issue, anyone have a similar experience or have the knowledge to resolve?

Thanks

Usually when a call will not release, it's because you transferred someone outside the system.

It's also possible if you two consoles on the same loop/shelf, some things might be less predicable.

If your an Option11, the space you have is all there is.

So its just stuck forever? Press release source or destination?

Option 61c.

2 of the consoles are on the same loop and shelf, 1 of them is on another l/s.

The one the is having the problem is the one that is the only console for that loop/shelf

Quit being a panzy and just press some buttons. Release source was the trick. Now I feel stupid.

could also try a dummy svc change to console

LD 12
Req: Chg
Type: 2250
TN: xx.xx.xx.xx

enter rest of way. This will put console in night if not already

as usual over the top GHTROUT! thanks.
