2050PC will not roll to vm

I have a 2050 soft phone that will not roll to vm. Here is the build out, what am i missing?

Can we assume you mean 6903 does not Forward No Answer to 8980? Or do you mean Hunt? I could not find Roll in the books

Double check your HUNT and FDN settings. Make sure that's your voice mail access DN.

yes 8980 is the ext for voicemail, i guress roll is a bad term to use. The phone will not hunt to voicemail after 4 rings.

LOL... the terms are bewildering aren't they.

HUNT is what occurs if a line is busy. If the line rang four times, it was not busy....it was ringing.

FDN, or Forward No Answer occurs "after four rings".

2001, the KEY zero will not HUNT or FDN because it is ACD. But you can tell the queue to send the call back for another Agent if it isn't answered.

Let us know of you mean 6903 will not FDN to Voice Mail. Because based on what we see, there is no reason it should not.

** However, there is a bug that you might be able to work around: Set the LHK to 2 (today it is 1). That is not supposed to affect FDN, but in some releases, it does.
