2008 ARIES 1 DISPLAY NOT WORKING, ARIES 2 DOES

I have several m2008's w/display that are aries 1. When I plug them in the display doesn't work. On the same port an aries 2 w/display will work no problem. It's almost like the option 11 views them as not having a display. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

The older Aries series phones needed a seperate power supply that plugged into an outlet and the phone jack Then a 6 conductor line cord from there to the phone.

you can get the stand alone wall transformers or power the aries one from the switchroom..
