2003 exchange server question

Hi, All,

My company running 2003 exchange , here is some questions:

1, some user received email with <???> character.. is there any setting i can do in the server??

2, some user creat a new folder , but will auto disappear later ( include folder and the contain as well). OS are XP and Vista.

1. Where does that appear?
2. Can you be more specific? Where are the folders created?

for the folder problem... under the inbox , i creat a company ABC , i will put all the relate incoming email to the ABC company folder...but after while ( sometimes a day, sometime couple hours) it will just gone...the whole folder.....

Please let me know if you need more information
