2003 exchange or Barracuda problem?????

Dear All:

My company have 2003 Microsoft exchange server with Barracuda firewall 200 (hardware instaled). We received email all over the world.
Questions:

1. (ONLY email from INDIA) Sometimes we can received email ,but sometimes can't from the same email addresses, I did check the Barracuda, it didn't block or even have any record from those email addreesses, but when they cc to my YAHOO email is 100% ok. I config the Barracuda setting to allow all the email coming from India....But same thing happens.......

is the INDIA problems??? cause all other countries email are fine.

Taking a wild stab having been out there but India's infrastructure is not exactly top of the range!

An easy thing to try.

Next time someone reports issues try going to;

http://www.dnsstuff.com/

And try using the MX lookup utility against them and then you.

That will tell you where the issue lies.

I presume you can always send but not always recieve? Or does mail sometimes sit in the queue?

no problem when we send email to them, only from India to USA. the email is not in the queue.

You could really use a good logging utility for your server, it helps tremendesly when researching email problems, raw smtp logs always speak the truth.
