Hi all! I have been having some issues/warnings in DNS at bootup and only bootup on my 2003 DC. If I point the primary DNS server to itself, I will get warnings/errors in the logs...
I read somewhere that this is becuase AD is looking for DNS and the DNS service hasn't started on the local machine yet and to point the primary DNS to another server and the alternate to itself.
If I do this, the warnings go away but I thought in 2003, the primary was supposed to be itself.
