2000 server vs 2003 server - all help greatfully received

Hi There.

We currently run an NT Domain and have 5 sites across the globe.

My boss has come up with the idea of bypassing 2000 server and moving straight up to 2003.

Does anyone have experience of this type of upgrade and any thoughts on 2003 stability.

I've read most of the M$ white papers on the subject and can't see any real benefits from moving past 2000 - which now is a good stable NOS with the necessary service packs out to make it OK ;>

Thoughts and experiences ???

My boss also suggested we attempt this. A good place to start is the MS document on deploying 2003 especially Chapter 8.
