I'm attempting to install Windows 2000 Server on 2 SCSI drives that are hooked up to an Adaptec AAA-131U2 RAID Controller. For some reason, Windows doesn't recognize the drives. The RAID controller sees them and I also did the whole F6 process and and loaded the correct driver for the controller in the beginning of the installation. Any other ideas that I could try would be appreciated.

You didn't mention if you had set the boot process from the SCSI HD on the controller. Check that out next.
