2000 SBS to exchange 2003

I currently have a server running 2000 sbs with exchange 2k. I am installing another server with exchange 2003 and I want to migrate everything over from my 2000 sbs to my new exchange 2003 server. Does anyone have any pointers on the easiest way to do this ? Or know of some websites that already have directions.. I really need some help.

I am in the same sort of state. I have started my 2003 ExchSrv. 2K3 sees and interacts with 2K (passing mesages, public folder replication) BUT 2K will not see 2K3 (cannot mail from a contact on 2K to a contact on 2K3)..

Any Ideas Anyone.....Please.
