i have my companies network running win2k company1.com the owner just brought in another company company2.com which is win2k3 w/ their own servers allready setup running dns. both companies are on the same network, going through the same firewall as a gateway.
company1 server runs dhcp and assigns the ips. how can i setup that the people from company2 get their ips from our server but use the dns from their server ?
both servers are AD integrated and the primary server for each domain.
any help would really really be appreciated.

Are all the machines are in the same subnet? You can't specify different DNS servers in the same DHCP scope, but you can super-scope (where there are two ranges of addresses in DHCP.) Thinking about this, I haven't tried setting a different gatway or DNS server in the second scope...

Unless you want to keep them seperate, establish a trust. Then it won't matter which DNS server they are looking at because everything will be replicated between the AD's.
