Hi all, I have tried researching the answer of what I'm about to ask and so far I haven't found anything. I believe what I want might not even be possible. Here they are:

1) Everyone is running Outlook 2003 Pro with Exchange 2003 SP2. In order to see/view the public folder, you have to click on the little icon at the bottom that says Folder List (Or on the menu bar, GO > Folder List) This will bring up the Public Folders but will also bring up all other folders just in that one view. (Finally, the question) Is it possible to get the Public Folders to show up directly under the MAIL view?

2) I created a Mail-enabled public folder. I believe there will just be 2 people accessing it. I have unchecked the "Maintain per-user read and unread information for this folder" under the Folder properties in Exchange System Manager. However, Is there a better way to identify if a mail item was responded to? Rather then seeing if it has been read or not? I know if you reply to a regular mail item in your Inbox, it will put a grey bar at the top of the mail item saying "You replied to this message....". I'm afraid that someone might read the message in the public folder but not reply then making the other person believe it was replied to due to it not being marked as unread.

I apologize for the detailed questions :X and I thank you in Advance.

~Steve
