2 PRI's, 1 D Channel?

I am trying to configure 2 PRI's on a MICS. I can get the first PRI with the D channel and 23 B's up, but the PRI with the 24 B's will not come up. Is there something that has to be programmed to tell the second card to use the D channel from the first card?
