i dont want to purchase another voice mail for my customer, is there something i can swap out on the board to keep programming when the power runs out after u.p.s goes dead.. thanks

You can change the capacitor on the mother board. same one as in all Norstar products.

Thanks ,can you tell me which capacitor and location , is it the large one thanks
It's about the width of a nickel, labeled 5.5V 1F.
