2 pop accounts to different folders

I'm trying to have two pop email accounts recieve mail to two different folders to visually see when email A has mail in its inbox vs email A in it's.
It tryed:

Tools>Accounts>Change
Deliver new email to folder:Folder A

This seems to effect all accounts listed with no way to seperate

Tools > Rules and Alerts

Make a new rule - the condition is messages sent Through the specified account.

You will need a seperate rule for each account.
