I have a MICS at a Doctor's office that I have extended to another site with MCK's. Is there a way with a Call Pilot to set up 2 operators so that each site can have it's own? Thanks for any info in advance.

What, specifically, are you trying to do?

You could assign a ans dn to the distant ext to ring both at the same time...

If you're referring to the dial 0 option you can have a different attendant for each greeting table. You can also set each mailbox for a different target attendant, which is the dial 0 option from subscriber mailboxes.

don't forget the direct dial in the phone system (for that finishing touch)

Basically they have several main numbers(800's etc.) that ring to one Greeting table. Followed by CCR giving an option for one site or the other and then a series of menus. They want to set up one site so that when 0 is dialed through the mail box it goes to a specific extension and then at the other site have those mailboxes go to a different extension. I know I can set up an extension as the attendant for the voicemail in general and I saw where I could set up an alternate extension in the mailbox programming but where do I set up a 0 destination for each individual mailbox?
