Does anyone know if its possible to have two seperate MOH on the IP Office.
I'd like to have one MOH that stays permanent and never changed, but another MOH that talks about upcoming events @ my locaton.

I was thinking that if I can use the Internal MOH and an Externatl one together?

Internal and external would be a no. Depending on the IPO version you can have multiple WAV files.

*(Disclaimer for all advise given)--'Version Dependent'

You can have 4, but a call is assinged one or another, a group can change what source is played though so careful programming may give you what you want :)

Additional : If you have IP Office 6.1+ version you can setup analog ports as a external MOH source to a max of 3 instead of the internal wav files. This will bring the total to 4 external sources.
Then in the incoming call route or in the group settings you can define which MOH source needs to be used

you can also assign the different sources by incoming call route so you could use the main one for all internal calls while you assign the incoming calls the alternate source. Outgoing and Internal (to users) however will always be the main source.

You can set outgoing MOH in shortcode by adding h(x) where x is the number of MOH source.
