One of my colleagues has what looks like 2 personal folders open on Outlook 2000's folder list, but they are identical, each calling up the same .pst file and showing exactly the same inbox, outbox, contacts, etc.
As a matter of fact, when I cleared the deleted items folder in one of "personal folders", the change was reflected in both.
When I try to delete one of them, I get the message "cannot delete personal folder containing contacts, etc."
Any ideas?
