Hi

We have a class C network with an AD2003 environment. A sister company has moved into the building and wants their own AD2003 environment, but they will be sharing our T1. Is it ok to have our two domain controllers and their 2 domain controllers managing our respective domains on the same subnet?

Thanks.

If the 2 domains have separate namespaces, this should be fine. You may however want to use different subnets so that there are no dhcp related problems. If not using dhcp, it should be ok to use the same subnet (make sure all client workstations have their dns pointing to the right internal dns server for each domain).
