2 DCs not replicating

i am getting the following error

The Following error occurred during the attempt to contact the Domain controllers: The RPC Server is unavailable.

I don't know where to start...
 
Oh yea... forgot some details.

Both DCs are on the same network and are used for DC redundancy.

 
Start with checking your DNS setup. You should have an internal DNS server on your network, most likely the first DC that was set up. Make sure all servers are using that servers address as their primary DNS. Make sure they are not pointing to your ISP's DNS server.
 
I already got it...

For some reason the dns was set to my ISP.
