The situation is one PRI two different companies with one receptionist when company " A" goes home early how do I forward their main DID to their answering service with a one-button touch for their receptionist.currently both company DID,s incomming call route to the reception ext# 201.

Set them up as groups. Receptionist apart of both groups. Then use button to set hunt group A out of service and target the oos for hunt group A wherever you want it to go. Do the same with hunt group B. 2 separate buttons.
