2 7316e/KIM units programmed same,one shows DND 1

I have a tech in the field who has a MICS with 7.0 software and PRI, each phone on the system has 2 I/C paths. two locations have T7316e/T24 console units. only one will show that an extension has DND enabled, although they are programmed Identically. any ideas would be appriciated. Thanks in advance.

Try swapping those KLM's (Key Lamp Modules). If the problem follows the module, it's probably just a defective KLM. Lot's of that new stuff coming out of Mexico leaves MUCH to be desired.

Did you assign kims in system programming ,cap/kim assignment, add extension number.
