I have a 1900 switch with standard edition ver 3.20.
When I console in, I can only get to the User Menu. The [K] option is not there. I was there before.

I performed "password recovery" as per cisco instruction (more than once). The password gets cleared, but when I restart the switch I only get these choices:
[M} menu, IP config, [P] console password.

If I change the password, it brings me into the User Menus on the next restart.

How do I get back to the CLI?

Thanks

CORRECTION: IOS version 9.00 Standard Edition.

Are you sure you had it before , i may be wrong but I thought you only got command line with the enterprise version of the software . Possible you were looking at another 1900 that may have had enterprise edition ??

I do not mean to be rude, but I think I would know if I had the [K] menu on the ONLY switch I was using. I know other people must have experienced this. I have seen other posts, but not a solution!
