Hi there!

Forgive a cross-post with the Call-Manager forum. I don't know the best place to ask this question.

Brief info... 7940G phones... 1760 router... Call Manager 3.3.

I have a campus in Oklahoma City - using extensions in the 7000 range. I have a campus in Stillwater - using extensions in the 3500 range. I have a campus in Tulsa - using extensions in the 3100 range.

When I call from 7000 to 3500 all is good. When I call from 7000 to 3100 all is good. Yeah.

when calling from Stillwater (3500) to Tulsa (3100) all is good.

When calling from 3500 to 7000 all is good.

When calling from 3100 to 7000 all is good.

When calling from Tulsa (3100) to Stillwater (3500) it is BAD! As soon as a tulsa user dials 3 and then hits 5, the phone gets an instant "fastbusy".. when they dial 3101 for instance, it works. It can call within it's own area. When Tulsa calls Stillwater, nothing comes through.

How can you help? What information can I provide that would be useful? Sho run on the 1760? Something from the Call Manager? I've recently taken over this network, so I'm still learning how Cisco IP Telephony works, so be gentle. Thanks!

Nevermind. Fastest TAC call of my life.

The problem was in Call Manager. Calling Search Spaces. I never allowed the Stillwater Partition within the Tulsa Partition.

Done.
