1616 says no file server????

hey guys....

just wondering if this is right....

i just upgraded my 406v2 to R5.0.15. i have just installed a 1616 for the first time. when the phone starts to log in it tells me that there is no file server??? i have put the address of the file server in when i do a "mute reset". it comes back up and still says "no file server" if i check under the network info of the phone in the menu field.

just wondering if this is right???

also, does the name not appear on the display of the 1616 or should it? i have the extn number, but no name.

Common bas, 100 users is two days of work
so Monday the small one and the other two the rest of the week
then the week after you clean up the mess because you where in a hurry and did not pay attention to the customer needs
