1616 ip phone stuck on http

Hi all.
I have an IP phone that when plugged works fine but after a while displays http:
When displayed it stops working until rebooted then it works and the cycle continues.

What could be causing it to freeze and display http?

1616 or 1616L

What firmware version is the 1616 running?

What software version is the IP Office running?

When you use a 1616-L note that IP office must be at least software version 5.0.26

Is there anything else on the screen other than just "http"? no "://192.168.42.1/46xxsettings.txt" ? when it comes up with this are you able to press *?

Is there a HTTP server available?

Is it possible that the exxtension try to make a backup to a HTTP server?

Some phones come up fine and work.

It is this particular phone in a separate floor that has the issue. It is the only phone in that floor.
Other floors are fine.
I will check the correct http string that it shows.

In taht case, check IP connection first.

Also, if the extension is working, check the firmware release using SSA.
