I am curious if people have had good experiences using the Avaya 1608-I as a call center agent device?

I have uised the 5610SW till now but that device is no longer available at a good rate. I plan on moving foward with the 1608-I.

Important features are that I can program 3 line appearances, a DND button for agents breaks, PoE, integrated switch, headset port, and the ability to handle all call control from the Phone Manager Lite software (answer, transfer, and hold).

Any feedback is appreciated: Thanks in adavance!!!

All the above work fine, plus more integration anyway so you don't need DND buttons etc as long as you don't mind using the menu, quicker with a button though :)

The 16xx phones do sound cheap.
If they use headsets then you probably have a good quality call.

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!
