We’ve deployed a site with 1408 DCP phones onto CM 5.2.1 as set type 2410. The problem we are seeing is when a call is logged in the call log it displays the number as called but when you try to call back the number the call fails due to not adding the ARS access code.
UK number plan so all national call start with 0 (zero) and the system ARS prefix is 9 a call log entry would show 01234 567890 and then try and call this number back, but it needs to be 9 01234 567890 –
On the IP range phones this can be changed by the setting.txt file, and a seam to remember it being possible on the 24xx phone many years ago (similar to the VM key)
Anyone have a work round on this ??
Thanks..
