I have a site that installed 2 1150 sets for their ACD---I can not get the sets to ring off hook (1150's do not have hansets---headset only)
I have tried changing the CLS from BUZZ to RNGI Apply ringing when idle but off hook
Or
RNGB Apply ringing when idle but off hook or busy

but not change-----------has anyone run across this?
