1140/1120 Cordless Headset CS50/CS55

Hi

Has anyone used a Plantronics CS50/CS55 cordless headset with the 1100 series phones?

Does the handset lifter work?

What kind of issues did you have?

We are replacing phones at one of our offices and they have several of these headsets and I would hate to have to replace all of them.

We use the CS50 headsets and they work great. The lifter should work just fine with the 1100 series phones. The only issues we have had is with the 3900 series. Those have rounded edges, so the lifter is a little tricky to attach. but once it is all set up, we very seldom have issues.

I thought it might work. Plantronics website says the lifter doesn't work.

Do you plug them into the headset port or do you use the handset port?
