I have a client that I am trying to setup a 1120e phone for. This is a replacement. I need to change the DHCP to none and then enter and IP/Sub/Gateway. I am having trouble with the navigation of changing these options. When I save and exit it gives me an error to set device ID from 4-9. Is there an actual Programming/Setup Manual for this phone that could help me with the options on the phone. Unfortunately the vendor sent the phone directly to the client (they use this phone via a VPN/WAN) and I am trying to talk her thru this via the phone. DCHP will not work since this is via a VPN.
