11.5 to SP1 or SP2 upgrade. 1

Hi,
Recently purhcased ArcServe 11.5 (month or two ago).
Last week received a CD to upgrade to SP1.

Put the CD in this morning, and had a lot of options to install various softwares, but no apparent - upgrade 'existing to SP1'.

I browsed the root of the CD, and it seemed as though all I need to do is install the SP1 CD over the top of the existing installation??

I browsed the ca site yesterday and apparently there has been SP2 released. I can't seem to find the page now.

Can anyone please point me in the right direction as to where SP2 link is for download (or do I have to order it from supplier?)

Please any tips for upgrading to SP1 (or direct to SP2?) are appreciated.

Only client agent installed is for Exchange..

Hi blakey2,

You just need CD1. Other CDs contain various language versions of BAB.
CD1 also contains most of the client agents (for Windows, Open Files, SQL, Exchange). The Agents CD is required if you need agents not supplied with the main BAB 11.5 SP2 CD.
