1000E tty issues

Having issues with TTY ports disabing and enabling, when i try to enable i get this.

ThIOD6:
Interface pack failed to respond. A pack fault is indicated. Device
cannot be enabled until the fault is cleared.
Check enable switch on pack. If pack still does not respond, a pack
fault is indicated. This information is also displayed on the
maintenance display. Refer to the Maintenance Display Codes Table.

Most likely, when the system was installed the installer/programmer chose to use the pre-defined database. TTY 0,1,2 on QSDI is a part of that default database.

On a CS1000e Media Gateway system, there are no paddle boards, and the QSDI is not supported, so the hardware to support these devices is not present, and is just an artifact from the installation.

If it were my switch, I would out the non-existent TTY's.
