1000b to 1000b calls

I have an issue wtih a 1000b new turnup. I can call back and forth to the main office, but calling from 1000b to 1000b it rings the set but no talkpath. I also cannot ping from 1000b to 1000b. Should I be able??

Yes. You should be able to ping from a phone (or VoIP element) on one system to a phone (or VoIP element) on the other system.

No voice media path means you have a network issue. Speak to the network folks and tell them that every IP set at every site needs to be able to speak with every IP set at every other site.
