I’m looking for help with a change I need to make on our Option 11C.
In the past, we have used an ACD queue to forward calls to a remote location. Staff forward calls to an extension (123) and the switch sends the call offsite to 555-1234.
In mid-June, our area is converting to 10 digit dialing. When I try to re-do the queue to point to (222) 555-1234 I get an error as soon as I enter the area code and number.
Any suggestions?
